释迦牟尼佛唐卡

乔达摩.悉达多，佛教创始人，释迦意为“能”，牟尼意为“仁”，故称“能仁”。幼民悉达多。出身无垢释迦王族。庚申年四月初七诞生，少年精通六十四种技艺，长与宫廷，为妻妾嫔妃环侍度日。二十九岁由家趋于非家，独往净塔削发近圆；在尼连禅河畔林中苦修六年；三十五岁甲午年四月十五日暮，降伏众魔；夜半入室，次晨证觉；经四十九日后及六月初四日始在波罗城初转轮；次第在王舍城、灵鹫山先后续传轮及抉择轮；至八十一岁庚辰年（公元前461）四月十五日在拘尸那迦城圆寂。

Shakyamuni, the epithet of Siddhartha Gautama, is the founder of Buddhism. The person we call "the Buddha" was born around 560 B.C,in Lumbini. His first name was Siddhartha and Gautama was his family name. Gautama Buddha is believed to have had 550 incarnations. Many previous Buddhas and other Buddhas yet to come are all called ‘Buddha’. To distinguish from all other Buddhas, Siddhartha Gautama has been called Sakyamuni (sage of the Shakya clan; the lion of Shakya clan).
He was from the Shaya family. People called him Thun Gun Dub. When he was very young, He was the prince of Suddhondana King. 15.6.542 B.C he sat in mother’s womb and was born 7.4.543 by holy mother Muye. When he was a young prince, he knew sixty-four different arts very well. On age twenty-nine he left from royalty, cut his hair by himself and become a fully ordained monk in front of the holy Stupa. He had meditated for six years by the Naraja river. April fifteenth of the Tibetan calendar, beginning of the night, he defeated evil ghosts; at midnight he concentrated on wisdom and early morning of the following day he enlightened on age thirty-five. Seven weeks later, June fourth of the Tibetan calendar, he taught his followers about the four truths. It was called first Buddhism doctrine wheel. Later, he turned second Buddhism wheel about characterless and turned third Buddhism wheel about separated at Rajagriha and Gridhrakuta. 15.4.461.B.C on age eighty one he liberated peacefully.
